The Brief

Sribu.com, Indonesia’s leading freelance platform, envisioned a grand-scale event to empower and celebrate the freelance community. They needed a partner capable of executing a multifaceted festival that combined an award ceremony, high-level networking, and a concert-grade entertainment experience.

Our Role: End-to-End Execution Summer Creation took the lead as the full-service management partner, overseeing every heartbeat of the event from inception to the final curtain call.

• Creative Concept & Planning: We developed the "Freelance Revolution" theme, translating Sribu’s vision into a dynamic event flow that felt modern, edgy, and prestigious.

• Talent Curation & Booking: Leveraging our industry network, we curated and secured a diverse lineup of performers, including the legendary pop group RAN, along with iconic personalities like Dustin Tiffani, Holly Balay, and NEO Rap.

• Show Management: Our dedicated show team directed the entire rundown, ensuring seamless transitions between the awards segments, talk shows, and musical performances. We managed all artist hospitality and complex technical riders with precision.

• Full-Scale Production: We transformed the venue using our in-house inventory. From the high-definition LED screens and immersive lighting design to the crisp sound system and robust rigging, every technical element was engineered to create a world-class festival atmosphere.

The Result A sold-out event at Superhouse Satrio, Jakarta, that successfully united hundreds of freelancers and business leaders. Sribufest 2024 stood as a testament to Summer Creation’s ability to manage high-pressure, large-scale productions while maintaining a focus on creative excellence and client objectives.
